Transfer and Bank Accounts
This section describes the transfer and bank accounts page in the dashboard.
Introduction
To transfer funds and manage your transfers, you can use the transfer tab on the dashboard. The transfer tab is subdivided into 2 sections:
- Transfer History
- Bank Accounts
Transfer History
The transfer history section is where you can view all your past and ongoing transfers. It lists the following information:
- Type - The type of transfer: on-ramp or off-ramp.
- Source - The source of the transfer: bank account or wallet.
- Destination - The destination of the transfer: bank account or wallet.
- Sent - The amount that was sent for the transfer.
- Received - The amount that was received for the transfer.
- Status - The status of the transfer, this can be pending, completed, failed or cancelled.
- Date - The date and time of the transfer.
You can filter the transfers by status, type, network and date range.
Create a Transfer
To create a transfer, you can click on the "Create Transfer" button located on the bottom right of the Transfer History section. The create transfer will allow you to select between Deposit to wallet (on-ramp) and Withdraw to bank (off-ramp). To transfer funds to your wallet:
- Select the Deposit to wallet option.
- Select the currency you want to deposit.
- Select the withdrawal method you want to use. Different currencies will have different withdrawal methods available. Please refer to the Withdrawal Methods section for more information.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- Click on the Create Transfer button.
Bank Accounts
The bank accounts section allows you to add and manage your bank accounts or a third party bank accounts.
You can add a new bank account by clicking on the Add Bank Account button. Depending on the currencies, different information is required to add a bank account.
The information required to add a bank account is as follows:
- Account Type - The type of account: checking or savings.
- Bank Name - The name of the bank.
- Account Holder Name - The name of the account holder.
- Beneficiary Address - The address of the account holder or the business.
- Account Number - The account number of the bank.
- Routing Number - The routing number of the bank.
Additional Information for Third Party Bank Accounts
The additional information required to add a third party bank account is as follows:
- Legal Entity Name - The name of the legal entity.
- DBA - Commonly used as the name of the business.
- Legal Entity Type - The type of legal entity (e.g. LLC, Corporation, etc.).
- EIN/Tax ID - The Employer Identification Number or Tax ID of the legal entity.
- Registration Number - The registration number of the legal entity.
- Email - The email of the legal entity or the representative of the legal entity.
- Phone Number - The phone number of the legal entity or the representative of the legal entity.
- Website - The website of the legal entity.
